However, I am a bit disappointed that more care was not taken in wrapping and protecting . . for instance my $500 JBL walnut speakers were not wrapped and the top of one is badly damaged, and a trim piece on teak dresser was damaged . . they wrapped most things but some they missed . . they wasted no time, were courteous and finished the move on schedule u

  UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I asked whether this contractor was insured and he or she stated that they were through the site which is not a VALID or LEGITIMATE insurance certificate. Contractor should educate themselves on insurance policies. This site/app provides a limited guarantee of services NOT POTENTIAL DAMAGES

  Eddie and Ricky did my move. I would definitely hire them again. They move quickly and expedite the process so the value could not be better. Everything was placed exactly where I wanted it, with good suggestions from them. Nothing was damaged. They put my bed together. I strongly recommend them for your move. Have some chilled water on hand. They need to stay hydrated.

  Everything about my experience with Big Deal Moving and Packing was absolutely AMAZING!!! It was such a pleasure working with the movers. Jeremy is exceptional!!! Not only was everything about the service provided perfect but actually a fun process, which fun is hardly ever used to describe a move. The apartment complex I moved to was unprofessional and the entire experience with the leasing office was frustrating and stressful but they helped me calm down. I will definitely use Big Deal Moving and Packing every move I make from now on and I recommend everyone do the same!!!!

  I wrote a 1 star review yet the company continues to be disrespectful so here is text proof this company agreed to $100 for damages and then later tried to dispute it. I had to threaten insurance before they finally stopped being unreasonable. 🙂 DO NOT USE THESE GUYS OR YOU WILL REGRET IT.

  First, he assumed without asking that since I was transferring units in the same complex I wouldn't need a truck, and so when they realized they needed one they charged me $100 more. They claim to not install washer/dryer yet did so for us and when we had water damage is when they decided to tell us they don't install it. They agreed for $100 in damages to my furniture (after calling me a fraudulent liar even though I sent pics of my BRAND NEW FURNITURE) and sent it through PayPal in a way to have a fee deducted, yet asked that I send MY money as a gift so they didn't have anything deducted. Very unprofessional and rude, not to mention his team was making sexual innuendo jokes on the job to me. Don't recommend to anyone!

  Great movers for the cost. Just don't expect them to move everything for you. My guys only moved my heavy stuff and left after.

  Was the only company that was willing to move two desks I had into our office. These guys do both small jobs and large jobs for a rate that is easy on the wallet. 10/10, will hire again.
